Today we’re going to be looking at Yoump Arninge, a trampoline park on the outskirts of Stockholm. We’ll be breaking it up into positives and negatives to make it easy to follow. Is it worth checking out?
The Positives of Yoump Arninge
Although Yoump is a trampoline park, there are many other activities to do that utilize the trampolines in fun, cool ways. Not all activities are available, though; it depends on the park you’re going to. We found that the newest park in Arininge, which we went to, has the best of everything, including new activities.
The Yoump park is designed for people of all ages and has many trampoline levels to try out. “Ninjabana” and “slamDunk” is adult-centred and have fewer kids in the area. It’s a great challenge, especially with pals.
You’ll find a restaurant at the entrance of the park. Prices are decent, and it’s good to have in case you get hungry, especially if you’re there for a while.
Lockers are offered, which is great, but you’ll have to bring your own padlock to lock your items. You’re also provided trampoline socks for 49kr, protecting you from slipping; you get to keep them after buying.
One of the biggest positives we found about yoump was the location. It’s located around many big stores, supermarkets, and restaurants. So you can spend a whole day in the area with friends and family. At the end of the day, we go to these kinds of places to create memories; having options of things to do outside the trampoline park adds to that.
The Negatives of Yoump Arninge
With all the positives of the Yoump Arninge Trampoline park, you should also be aware of the negatives.
We mentioned the restaurant prices being reasonable, but the food quality of the restaurant is mediocre. However, as we said, it’s good the option is there. But like everywhere in Sweden, you can always bring your own food and snacks as long as you have them in the sitting area.
If you want to go with your kids, we recommend going for the weekend. Yoump is a playful and interactive environment. Kids will get to experience fun activities or might make friends with other kids in the area.
However, if you’re an adult, you should go on a weekday. During the weekend, it gets hectic, and you have kids of all ages roaming around, particularly smaller kids. You always have to be vigilant of not injuring someone around you, which takes out the fun from some activities.
We praised the location of Yoump above, but the location also has negatives. All the Youmps are far away from Stockholm’s city centre, including the one in Arninge that we visited. Buses don’t go to the one in Arninge often. Unless you have a car, public transportation can be a struggle, especially if you’re new to the city, so that’s something to keep in mind.
The Price…
The price to visit varies on which Yoump park you’re visiting. The cheapest park is 99kr per hour, but the one in Arninge, which we visited, is 159kr per hour for an adult when you book online and 179kr when you drop in, which is a bit on the pricy side. However, you get price options depending on who you are and what you do. For example, the student price is 79kr. 79kr is also the price for an extra jumping hour if you want to stay for longer.
Although it’s on the pricey side, the Yoump trampoline park is an awesome getaway from the craziness in the world. It’s a fun experience for people of all ages, that is worth checking out.
